| For time unknown, oil has been the seasoning for excellence, not only for its characteristic taste but also for its important nutritional values. Not only does it not contain cholesterol, but it helps to metabolize the cholesterol already existing within the organism. The extra vergin olive olive of Lari is a high-quality oil, born from healthy, slightly immature olives chosen with care, grown in areas that for centuries have offered the soil and climate most suitable for the cultivation of olives. To preserve the flavor and nutritional values of the Lari olive oil, it is offered in a bottle made with glass that protects against light, which favors the oxidation process. |

| In addition, as soon as the oil is bottled, it is thermically sealed to maintain the correct temperature until it reaches its destination. To better appreciate this oil, use it raw on thick, savory toast (bruschette) and as seasoning for all of your dishes. | |
